About us
Why AiReplyForge exists — and why “Ai helps, Human approves” is the whole point.
Hi — I'm the solo founder behind AiReplyForge. I kept seeing the same rush toward “AI that does everything”: auto-replies, bots firing off messages, tools that work while you sleep. Speed is exciting — until you realize you don't remember what went out, or why. Our jobs and judgment still matter. We should read what we send — and own it.
Not full automation
AiReplyForge is deliberately not an auto-send tool. Nothing leaves Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook on the web, or LinkedIn until you click send. The AI drafts and polishes professional English; you stay in control — because context beats a reply you never saw.
Multilingual, messy thoughts
Most AI chat feels like homework: tidy prompts, one language, neat paragraphs. Real thinking is messier — fragments, mixed languages, emotion, half-formed ideas. Translation tools can flatten tone. I wanted a lane where you can think out loud in whatever feels natural, and still ship clear, professional English you trust.
Email-first by design
Brilliant general assistants still make you reinvent the same scaffold: “Write a professional email…” AiReplyForge is narrow on purpose: tuned for email-shaped work where you already live, so you can drop rough notes, tap generate, and get thread-ready copy without juggling modes or templates.
I'm shipping in public, listening to feedback, and tightening the product. If this resonates, try it — and tell me what to fix next.
